23rd Street

A 6,200 square foot, new construction, home in Santa Monica.  This was a development project with a goal of blending the Traditional white brick and siding exterior with an updated, modern interior.  Raw, wide plank, French white oak hardwood floors were mixed with white carrara marble, polished nickel light fixtures and hardware, custom built-ins, and black cabinetry.  The all tile kitchen features professional appliances, a large island with seating, and a built-in breakfast booth.  Additional home amenities include: an openable skylight, 3 floor elevator, theater, wine room, butler's pantry, formal dining room, pool bathroom with exterior access, and bi-folding doors for indoor / outdoor living.
