17TH Street

A 3,000 square foot remodel / addition in Santa Monica, CA.  The traditional 1920's home was reconfigured and opened up to create a modern floorpan with a more family friendly flow.  Every wall was touched to create a more contemporary design, while keeping a warm and 'lived in' feeling.  The client's main focus was allowing their family of four to have their own private spaces while still having plenty of room to spend time together.  The main living space and office were opened up to the new pool and deck to allow for indoor / outdoor living and entertaining. Finishes include French white oak hardwood floors, Taj Mahal quartzite countertops and backsplash, Wolf and Sub Zero appliances, and custom built cabinetry throughout.
