25th Street

This 5,600 square foot Spanish home was designed and built as a development project in Santa Monica.  The exterior features traditional Spanish elements with two piece clay roof tiles, wood windows, clay tile walkways and patios, and a custom iron front door.  A center courtyard and retractable skylight bring in an abundance of natural light to the main level and second floor.  Other interior details include custom stained hardwood floors, groin vault ceilings, venetian plaster walls, encaustic tile, antique lighting, custom iron railings, and wood detail accents throughout. The primary suite includes a custom built walk-in closet, a Carrera marble bathroom with a free standing tub, a fireplace, and large balcony over looking the backyard.
